2. What data is processed and why
This site has no forms and no user registration. The data processed is:
- Contact data you provide when writing by email, phone or WhatsApp (identification, contact details and the content of your message). Purpose: answering your enquiry and, where applicable, managing the professional relationship. Legal basis: pre-contractual measures at your request and legitimate interest in answering communications (Art. 6.1.b and 6.1.f GDPR).
- Browsing data via analytics and advertising cookies, only if you accept them. Purpose: measuring visits and conversions. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR), revocable at any time via "Manage cookies" in the footer. Details in the cookie policy.
- Technical server logs (IP address, date and time) generated by the hosting provider for security and basic statistics. Legal basis: legitimate interest in site security (Art. 6.1.f GDPR).
3. Recipients
Data is not shared with third parties except under legal obligation. The following act as third parties or processors:
- Google Ireland Ltd. (Google Analytics and Google Ads), only if you accept cookies.
- Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. (Meta Pixel, only if you accept cookies; and WhatsApp, if you choose to contact me that way).

4. Retention
Contact data is kept for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and, if a professional relationship arises, for its duration plus statutory limitation periods. Cookie data is kept according to the lifetimes stated in the cookie policy.

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability by writing to virilo@gmail.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
6. Security
The site is served over HTTPS and reasonable measures are applied to protect information. However, no internet transmission is completely secure.
